Perennial International Health and Commercial Hub (“PIHCH”) Foshan, with a gross floor area (“GFA”) of approximately 1.9 million sq ft, is one of the first regional healthcare and commercial hubs within China’s Greater Bay Area. It is also part of a 4.5 million sq ft integrated development that comprises service apartments, an office block and an indoor International Sports and Cultural Centre, which can host up to 17,000 participants.

PIHCH Foshan is strategically situated above the operating Xincheng East Metro Station and a 10-minute ride to the upcoming transportation hub, Dong Ping Terminal.
