Chengdu East High Speed Railway (“HSR”) Integrated Development is positioned as a one-stop regional healthcare transit-oriented development (“TOD”) to serve the communities in the Sichuan province. Spanning a total gross floor area (“GFA”) of over 10 million sq ft, the mega development comprises the operational Perennial International Health and Medical Hub (“PIHMH”) Chengdu, Plot C (“Chengdu Plot C”) and Plot D2 (“Chengdu Plot D2”) featuring medical, retail, office and small-office-home-office (“SOHO”) components.

Strategic Location
The TOD is connected to the Chengdu East HSR Station, one of the eight largest HSR transportation hubs in China. The Chengdu East HSR Station has an intercity railway, an intracity metro network and bus terminals for long and short-distance services. The station currently serves approximately 200,000 passengers daily, surging to 300,000 during peak travel seasons. Sitting at the heart of this hyper-connected hub, Chengdu East HSR Integrated Development has established itself as a one-stop destination for healthcare and commercial services for the Chengdu-Chongqing-Xi’an metropolitan region and the neighbouring cities in West China.

PIHMH Chengdu
PIHMH Chengdu is a regional healthcare and medical hub serving the Sichuan province. It features a holistic suite of medical and healthcare-related services, and offers various food and beverage options, sports facilities and ancillary services. Measuring over 3 million sq ft, the hub is anchored by various medical institutions, including Care Alliance Jinchen Rehabilitation Hospital Chengdu, AND Maternal and Child Care Centre Chengdu, Chengdu DongLei Brain Hospital and Perennial International Specialist Medical Centre Chengdu.

Chengdu Plot C
Chengdu Plot C will comprise two 280 metres and two 150 metres tall towers, which will incorporate hotel, offices, residential apartments and a retail podium.

Chengdu Plot D2
Chengdu Plot D2 will comprise one medical podium and six towers, featuring offices/SOHO, an eldercare centre, long-lease apartments and hospitals.
